When Loraine Sanchez decided to leave a twenty-plus year career in corporate America for entrepreneurship, she chose to invest in the franchise LIME Painting. LIME offers both commercial and residential interior and exterior painting services. Loraine sought to impress upon her teenage daughters how possible it is to be a business owner. In her search for the right opportunity, Loraine found LIME. She was drawn to the concept because the company’s values aligned perfectly with her family. Loraine says she fell in love with the company “because the whole process embodies LIME.” Sanchez explains that LIME painting is not just about painting on the walls, siding, or trim. Instead, it is about creating an excellent customer experience. “We want people to fall in love with their homes again,” she says. That excellent customer experience is evident from the beginning to the end of the project. Customers can expect to deal with the same person at every step. “It’s unique,” says Loraine. “Typically, in this business, a person sells to you, then passes you to an estimator, then a closer, then a site manager.” With LIME, it’s white glove treatment. So I really had to push forward,” Loraine explains.
